Greetings:  May 14 @ 3:50 p.m. e.s.t.

   We have just bought and sold our OEW QJ's for the very
last time today.  We were able to repurchase 100 at $6 1/4
and we  have just sold them for $7 1/4!

   The support on the June Spoo's is at 1120 and we may
very well be looking here at the near term Top of the 
Stock Market as may of our upward momentum indicators
have technically broken down today and this Stealth
Bear Market is wreaking havoc on both the NYSE and Nasdaq
A/D lines (which by the way is approaching a multi-year
low right now)!

   We will call it a night and in all the years that we have
been trading  (and it has been many)...THE A/D LINES HAVE
NEVER EVER FAILED TO PREDICT A MARKET MOVE.....nuff said!
